Our Process We begin this process by finding out the details of what you need. We realize each
client has unique needs and we take those into account when referring the right
nannies for the job.
We learn your needs. Complete a registration form. This information will provide us
with important details about the child, the child’s physical or dietary needs, duties, and
the salary you expect to pay.
We review the applicants in our nanny database. Based on your need, we will
find up to four best matches for the position, carefully reviewing the details with the
applicant and determine if their experience with that particular age group of the child
and interests would be a good fit for the job.
Scheduling Interviews: We will send profiles of nannies which have undergone a thorough initial screening process and interviews will be scheduled at your convenience.
Once you have decided to move forward with one of our nannies and the nanny has accepted the position, we will move forward with presenting an offer. We have partnered with an independent employment screening firm* to conduct this background check.
When our nannies arrive, you can be positive that
they are top-notch and qualified candidates that we
have selected. You can also be sure that they will
have legal documents to work in the United States.
